At Simplicity in Motion, we offer compassionate, detail-oriented coordination for all types of events whether they be joyful, meaningful, or anything in between, we've got you covered. Whether you're planning a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, anniversary, memorial, funeral service, or celebration of life, our team provides the calm, capable support you need behind the scenes. We handle timelines, vendors, setup and breakdown, invitations, guest flow, and anything else that helps your event run smoothly. Our role is to ease your stress, so you can be fully present- whether you're celebrating, grieving, or somewhere in between. Day-of Coordination Only- $50/hr Full Event Planning & Coordination- $80/hr We also offer flat-rate packages for smaller events like showers or memorials, starting at $350 depending on scope and time involved.
