At Simplicity in Motion, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully:
Services (Consulting, Coaching, or Custom Work)
Payments for services are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before services start, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Courses, Website Creation, Invites, Cards, Business Cards, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us for support.
Workshops or Events
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event. For events planned by Simplicity in Motion, partially or entirely, please refer to the services refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us at info@simplicityinmotion.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase or scheduled service. Please include your name, order details, and reason for the request.
